PAYMENT TERMS:

Items will not be shipped until full payment, including postage, is received.

Indollgence only accepts Paypal in US dollars. However, people in Australia can make direct deposits if needed. Please contact Indollgence at: sales@indollgence.com for more information

Layaway payments will be requested every month on the date first payment has been ordered. Should payment not be made, reminders will be issued each week for three weeks. If payment is still not forthcoming, a cancellation notice will be given and money will be refunded, bar 20% of the full price.

If a problem occurs and you can't pay on time, please contact Indollgence at: sales@indollgence.com and we will be happy to work out something to suit your circumstances.

If you choose to pay a Layaway earlier then the due date, your payment will be deducted from the month's due payment.

You can choose to pay off a Layaway full at any time.

 

REFUND TERMS:

Refunds will only be issued if there is clearly an issue with the product. Photographs of the issue are required to determine if the damage happened en route to Indollgence, or en route to you. This is to dicern who Indollgence will maek a claim with.

All products are throughly checked before postage to make sure you get the best quality. If damage is discovered upon opening, Indollgence will happily replace the damaged item. If you wish for a refund instead, Indollgence will issue a full refund.

Refunds and exchanges will only be given upon return of damaged item.

Indollgence WILL NOT issue refunds for damage incurred by customer. Nor will refunds or exchanges be given if the customer does not like the item.

 

CANCELLATION TERMS:

If you choose to cancel your purchase of an item, Indollgence will retain 20% of the full price of the item.

Once a cancellation has been made, you cannot change your mind and re open sale.

Exceptional circumstances will be considered, however.

 

ORDERING and ARRIVALS

Once any payment is given, you doll or item is added to the order list.

As companies differ in their agent terms, production times and face up times, there can not be a definate time given for the arrival of your doll.

There is an estimated waiting time of seven to ten weeks. There is no gaurentee, and occasionally it can take longer. If I find out about delays, you will be informed.

Orders are generally placed on the 15th and 30th of each month.
