Postage Information

POSTAGE TERMS

Postage will be calculated requested AFTER preliminary payment. If you are ordering a number of items, postage payment may not be requested until after the doll has arrived at Indollgence and total postage is calculated.

All Indollgence products are all shipped through Australia Post, and are all registerd and tracked, insurance is an option and will be added at the buyer's request

 

PACKAGING

Dolls are shipped either in snug fitting boxes that contain their company box or with their comapny box wrapped securely in bubble wrap, then a layer of cardboard, then brown paper. All Dolls are marked as Fragile.

Parts, shoes and other small breakable items will be throughly wrapped in bubble wrap and either shipped in small boxes or bubble satchels, depending on the size and fragility of the item.

Wigs, outfits and other sturdy items will be wrapped in tissue paper and posted in a heavy duty postage satchel.

 

ORDERING and ARRIVALS

Once any payment is given, you doll or item is added to the order list.

As companies differ in their agent terms, production times and face up times, there can not be a definate time given for the arrival of your doll.

There is an estimated waiting time of seven to ten weeks. There is no gaurentee, and occasionally it can take longer. If I find out about delays, you will be informed.

Orders are generally placed on the 15th and 30th of each month.

Orders are make in bulk.
